This is a natural product. Shedding is part of the initial softening process and is not a product fault. If this does occur, please place the fluff in the bin.

Washing instructions: For additional care, this item has been pre-washed. Spot-clean using wool detergent or baby shampoo only. Hang to dry in the shade.
