Our return policy is valid for a period of 3 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a refund. Please note that refunds cannot be offered if the 3-day period has lapsed since the purchase.
Refund Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:
- The product is defective.
- The product is not as described.
- The product must be unopened.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The product must be unused.
- The product must not be damaged.
To ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, monogrammed items, sale items, or clearance items cannot be returned.
Shipping of Returned Items
To initiate a return, please contact us first. Once authorized, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the items you wish to return. Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs.
When returning the items, please ensure they are properly packaged to prevent any damage during transit. If the product is found to be used beyond reasonable inspection or damaged, we may reject the refund.
